Executive Management

OGRE Systems has a dedicated Executive Management team directing global operations:

 Greg T. Hibbard, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Hibbard comes to OGRE Systems with over twenty years of experience in corporate sales and involvement within the upstream oil & gas industry.  Prior to joining OGRE Systems, Mr. Hibbard was vice president of international business development for NORSAR Innovation AS, based in Norway.  His outstanding performance earned him a position on the board of directors.

Mr. Hibbard established world-wide representation for NORSAR's seismic modeling software and developed multi-national professional relationships.

Mr. Hibbard holds a BS in Physics/Mathematics from Stephen F. Austin State University.

 

Sharon Wooldridge, Vice President/Client Services

Sharon Wooldridge has been a cornerstone in the oil and gas software industry since 1981 playing key roles in well-known companies along the way.

Ms. Wooldridge began her oil and gas interests with DPC&A as a Support Engineer handling customer support and training of the widely popular OGRE Software System. She is credited with creation and management of software installation and training programs in many of the top 100 oil companies as well as hundreds of independents.

The advent of the ARIES Software saw Ms. Wooldridge accept a position with the creator, Munroe Garrett International, where she was charged with the oversight of the North American Customer Support Department. The acquisition of MGI by Landmark Graphics Corporation elevated her to Director of North American Customer Support and later as the Director of Global Services. In all of these roles, Ms. Wooldridge was the key leader and primary facilitator between customers and various departments such as Development, Training, Documentation and Customer Support.

Today, Ms. Wooldridge is Vice President of Client Services with OGRE Systems, Inc. She is charged with similar responsibilities as her rich and successful past ensuring that the products, customers and services of OGRE Systems remain in sync. She remains one of the most authoritative and respected experts on oil and gas economics worldwide.

 

Damien R. Hutchins, Director Client Operations

Damien Hutchins was appointed Director of Client Operations early in 2011. He is responsible for North American Sales as well as ensuring and enhancing client satisfaction throughout the entire client experience. Highly focused on new communication and technology trends Mr. Hutchins brings focus to internal and external workflow process creating intuitive and seamless systems for customers.

Previously Damien held a leadership role in a highly successful startup website mywedding.com. There he was responsible for sales as well as maintaining the organization's internal systems which tracked and correlated thousands of transactions daily. The renewal of these products was highly dependent upon successful web delivery and customer experience which he also had a strong hand in. The company was later sold to private investors.

Damien started his career with the Grey Group. There he pioneered the use of web technology into the infrastructure extending sales and services channels across the nation.

Damien remains a sought after advisor for System Integration, User Interface, and Process Workflow.
