OGRE Systems has the capability of
accessing the power of OGRE using Microsoft Excel. This
powerful interface provides easy access to data, with the
ability to move data to and from Excel into the OGRE database
tables with a click of a button. Maximizing the strength of
OGRE, by integrating its features with Excel and other
products, provides an easy-to-use interface. The result is an
accelerated learning curve with a minimal amount of
instruction.
The major component of this economics interface is the
ogrexl.xls spreadsheet. This spreadsheet may be opened from
OGRE by selecting the Economics Interface option, or directly
from Excel, by opening the spreadsheet. Once opened, the OGRE
Automation Toolbar and OGRE dropdown menu provide access to
all OGRE functions. |

The OGRE Function allows a single cell within an Excel
spreadsheet to process values from creating customized output
reports and sensitivity worksheets. This dynamic tool allows a
single cell with an Excel spreadsheet to process values for an
individual property or an entire study file. The user can
create customized output reports, as well as create worksheets
to perform risk analysis, probability of success, and project
sensitivities.
