Description:
This comprehensive course will provide an overview of the pyxis Pro Application Suite. Designed to familiarize the intermediate to advanced pyxis user with the ability to use the Premise Editor, create models in Model Builder, and edit existing reports in Report Builder.

Audience:
Intermediate to advanced pyxis users who have completed the pyxis fundamentals course and those that perform economic evaluations for domestic (US) petroleum reserves.

Prerequisite:
Completion of the pyxis class and a working knowledge of petroleum economics and computer basics.

Duration: Two days.
Class hours: 9:00 - 5:00

• Basic Form Builder:

  • Learn to create, modify and utilize custom input forms and formsets

• Basic Model Builder:

  • Design, modify and maintain company models

  • Learn how to use and evaluate the existing function and components libraries

  • Create new calculations and functions

  • How to use the drop and drag features to create a logical workflow

  • Track and audit the historical flow of models

• Basic Report Builder:

  • Learn to create and modify existing reports
